01What this covers

Famous Music Studio operates internal publishing tooling that connects to platform APIs (YouTube Data API, TikTok Content Posting API) to upload video content we've produced. These terms govern that connection, not a public product — there's no separate account signup or consumer-facing service here.

02Content ownership

All music, video, and artwork produced and published through this tooling is original work created by or on behalf of Famous Music Studio. We retain ownership of content we publish, subject to each platform's own terms once it's live there.

03Acceptable use

• Publishing tooling is used only to upload content we own or have rights to.
• We follow each connected platform's community guidelines and developer policies — YouTube's, TikTok's, and Instagram's — as a condition of keeping API access.
• Access tokens are not shared outside the studio's own operation.

04No warranty

This tooling is provided as-is. Publishing can fail for reasons outside our control — a platform outage, a policy change, a quota limit — and we don't guarantee uninterrupted uploads.

05Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top will move. Continued use after a change means you've accepted the update.
